strengthen overall fitness and effectiveness of the Army's total workforce and combat readiness of the Soldiers

What is meant by the deglamorization of alcohol?
Personnel wil lnot promote any funcition that glamorizes the use of alcohol, i.e. drinking contest, games, or alcohol as prizes.
Is ASAP participation mandatory for Individuals that are command referred?
ASAP is mandatory for all Soldiers reffered by there command. Not attending can violate Article 86 of the UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE (UCMJ)
What happens to Soldiers that fail to participate in or respond successfully to rehabilitation
Soldiers that fail to particiapte or respond successfully will be adminstratively seperated from the military without another chance for rehabilitation unless there are extraordinary circumstance, and that's determined by the CD in consultation with the unit commander

No they are not allowed to reenlist, but if they need additional time to complete the ASAP program they can be extened fo the number of months necessary to complete the program.
