What do you do as soon as you arrive to work |
1.) Sign covid slip, get temperature, clock in
2.) Get radio, pager, water spray, sign out on temperature gun, bloodpressure and assignment/temp sheet & pen and pad for notes.
3.) At 6:30 am start with rm 253 (John good) wake him up, check temperature, and remind for breakfast.
4.) Wake up everyone else and get rest of temperatures but at 7:30 wake up rm frances cardona ask if she wants a shower. If yes wash back put on lotion and help with bra and socks.
5.) No need to remind rooms 239, 241,247,250,253
6.) Escort 243 and 246 to all meals. Serve breakfast trays. Make sure to obey guidelines for room 250. (Can have cream of rice) |
