Step 1 (Air governer cut in) |
-Engine running -Pump down to 90 psi -Quit pumping -(air pressure should start building.)

Step 2 (Govener cut out) |
Let air pressure build until it stops and you hear "psss" sound
Should stop rising at 120 - 140 psi
|

Step 3 (air loss test) |
Open window
Place chocks
Turn engine off ( Leave key in on position)
Release all brakes (yellow and red)
Push down brake pedal for 1 minute
Listen outside for air leaks
Air loss no more than 4psi in one minute. |

Step 4 (emergency light and buzzer) |
Pump brakes until buzzer sounds and light comes on Should do so at about 60psi |

Step 5 (spring brakes) |
Pump brakes until spring brakes activate and both buttons pop out. |
