Indications

Severe anaphylaxis, Stridor, Symptomatic Bradycardia and Cardiogenic shock.

Dosage

Adult - 500mcg IM (0.5mL of 1:1,000)


Paediatric - <6 months - 10mcg/kg IM.


6 months to <6 years - 150mcg (0.15mL IM)


>6 years to <12 years -300 mcg (0.3mL IM)


>12 years : 300mcg or 500 mcg (0.3mL or 0.5mL IM)

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to excipients

SIDE EFFECTS

Palpitations.


Tachyarrhythmias


Hypertension


Angina-like symptoms

PATH
