What is leadership?
Influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
What is an Army Leader?
Anyone by virtue of role or responsibility, inspires and influences people to accomplish organizational goals.
What is command?
the authority that a commander in the armed forces lawfully excersixes over subordinates by virtue of rank or assignments.
What is mission command?
the excersise of authority and direction by the commander using mission orders to enable disciplined intiative within the commanders intent to empower agile and adaptive leaders in the conduct of unified land ops.
What conveys the expectations that the army wants leaders to meet?
