Management’s responsibility to employees dealing with depression is to referthem to the EAP so they can receive proper help.



Workaholic

An individual whose compulsive work habitsaffect family and social life, prevents him/her from relaxing, and causesphysical and mental symptoms.




Example of Usage:
Most workaholics are uncomfortable away from work.

Nepotism

The practice among those in charge to showfavoritism to friends or relatives when hiring or working with then on the job.




Example of Usage:
My manager’s son has no work experience or college credit in the area ofaccounting and is supervising the entire payroll department which is outright nepotism.
