Any modification or adjustment to a job or the work environment that will enable a qualified applicant or employee with a disability to participate in the application process or to perform essential job functions

Serious Health Condition

A serious health condition is an illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition that involves inpatient care



Example of Usage:
James has a serious health condition that required him to spend three weeks inthe hospital.

Sexual Harassment

Harassment in a workplace, or other professional or social situation, involving the making of unwanted sexual advances or obscene remarks
