Leaving the nest S: very uncomfortable relying on my parents. Felt stagnant and demotivated. T: escape my comfort zone and take responsibility for my life. A: moved out of home. Learned how to properly look after myself, budget, cook, balance full time work with full time study. R: gained a new level of self confidence; became comfortable with escaping my comfort zone allowing me to experience new opportunities that developed untouched aspects of my life. |

When have you experienced failure? |
S: Cruised through VCE, thought I could do the same for uni. Failed all units. T: to take uni seriously and make sure this never happens again. A: acknowledge full responsibility for my results and progression in life. Put in place study plans and attend all classes. R: high distinctions in almost all units. Greater confidence in myself. Apply this lesson and improve other areas of my life. (Travel, move out of home) |

Faeces if you please S: complaint about mess and smell in the bathroom. Faeces on the wall and floor. Smell leaking to foyer. Cleaners arrive in several hours T: contain the smell to keep customers happy A: take it upon myself to clean up mess, sanitise area and open it up for public use. R: clean bathroom, happy customers, boost in staff morale |
