a minute long episode of terror and feeling of dread, chokes up and has a physical reaction due to a mental condition. |

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder |
caused from a traumatic occasion- symptoms include many things such as nightmares, anxiety, etc. |

usually caused from extreme abuse. |
