How does WSUS help ?
WSUS is a server that connects to the Microsoft update server, downloads the latest updates, and deploys them on your local area network.

You can use WSUS to schedule and prioritize updates, select target systems for the deployment of updates, and define the user interactions with updates

•point the client computer to the WSUS server, and
•initiate detection by the WSUS server

In the Local Group Policy Editor dialog box, you expand Administrative Templates in Computer Configuration.
And you expand Windows Components.
In the Windows Components folder, you select Windows Update

To access the options you click the Configure automatic updating down-pointing arrow. to Notify for download and notify for install
