-bulimia - dental decay 2/2 gastric acid, finger trauma

-natural progression if BMI is <75% of ideal weight is bradycardia, electrolyte imbalances, arrhythmias, circulatory collapse, death

-tried to lose weight? unhappy about appearance or weight? worry about eating? obsession with food? know anybody with anorexia or bulimia?

- prolonged aPTT & bleeding time


- aPTT can be normal, so vWD antigen, platelet function and factor 8 levels more accurate
