Activist:
Activist people are those who likes to work practically, they like to work with hand and they like to work alone rather than work in group, they are open minded people, They accept the new challenges and they enjoy new situation, they like to learn new experience and they focus on present work,

Types of self-management learning
Self-Monitoring:
Self-monitoring where you control yourself, and actually change their behavior in order to fit different situation, for Example; a person believe that the people perceive him negatively because of such behavior then he change his behavior so people perceive him positively.
Self-Evaluation:
Self-evaluation you can only apply after self-monitoring, in self-evaluation you rate your own work, by looking at your progress, development and learning to determine what has improved and what areas still need improvement. By evaluating your own self you can avoid lot of mistakes and easily can achieve the goal.
Self-reinforcement:
This is the process whereby individuals control their own behavior by rewarding themselves when a certain standard of performance has been attained.
