Critics of Multiple Intelligence Test are saying it is just another excuse to fail at learning. In fact, they are chopping it up to being gifted in another area. However, I took the MI test and it was right on the mark saying I tested highest in Kinaesthetic, intrapersonal, and interpersonal. Therefore, Intrapersonal is like when I’m being honest with myself as when I took the test. Next, I agree with the test when it says my stronger points are coordination, being in tune to my surroundings, and knowing exactly who I am. In view of, Kinaesthetic refers to being coordinated, staying active, and maybe somewhat fidgety. For instance, I’ve been a cosmetologist for over 18 years, I worked in some of the best salons in this area because I am very successful in reaching my clients wants when it comes to their hair. Being successful is due to hand to eye coordination and being able to look at something and create it to where it has a positive effect on my business and my reputation. However, my friends would tell you I am on the go all the time. Indeed, there is never a dull moment around my house between, doctor visits, school, soccer games, plays, PTA, homework, and just everyday life I don’t have time to fart. Nonetheless, if I do get a moment it seems I’m almost nervous and don’t know what to do with my hands because I am so hyper. Kinaesthetic is an intelligence I truly can relate with and I’m in agreement with the results of the MI test. Finally, we come to Interpersonal and how my elevated score in this particular area fits me. Interpersonal intelligence defines me as able to work well with others and also by saying I have an understanding for what they might be going through, as well as, being able to sense someone’s intentions. Although, being aware of someone’s intentions is not always on the top of my to do list. Nevertheless, if I sense that someone has not got good intentions I try to persuade them into doing what is right for everyone involved, even if it might not be what they think
