I believe it is wrong for the Federal government to take the middle/working class' hard earned money in the form of taxes and give it to people on welfare who are not working or contributing to the American society. I believe that as citizens we should help our neighbors and friends who are going through rough times, however I do not think that the Federal Government should be taking the money of the middle and richer classes and give it to people who choose not to better themselves. I am Pro-life, and I do not believe in any form of abortion. I believe that abortion is murder. My bias against abortion comes from my Christian faith. I believe that every baby is created by God for a purpose, and that it is wrong for its mother, or anyone else, to have the say over that baby's life. I believe in traditional marriage, and I am against gay marriage. I believe that traditional marriage is between one man and one women. I believe in a traditional family with one mom, and one dad, where the dad is the head of the household and he is the protector and provider. In Patrick Lee’s and Robert P. George’s, On The Wrong of Abortion, it is argued that abortions are objectively immoral. To support this conclusion, Lee and George state that, the fetus is a complete person in an immature phase of development, that the fetus has the potential to develop into a “person” and that abortions are intentional killings. Pro-Choice defenders argue that a human fetus is not a human being because it cannot live on its own, that they are not ‘people’, and that the mother has the executive decision of not wanting the child in her uterus. According to Patrick Lee in another one of his works, The Pro-Life Argument from Substantial Identity: A Defence. Bioethics , He claims that “What makes it wrong to kill you or me now would…

Since 1760 BC, abortions have been sought-out internationally. There are a variety of reasons for them: because sexually abused women do not desire for guardianship of the child, females do not want their body to be unfit because of pregnancy, or it was a careless mistake that could have been prevented with birth control or any other prevention method. Many women have nonessential abortions. One quintessential example of this is in China; they kill fetuses if the sonogram proves the unborn child to be female. Abortions should be illegal because it is unjust and purposeless slaughter to the unborn human being.…

Post-Civil War, African Americans have been lifted out of slavery and it is in this crucial time period that we must act to guarantee their rights as equals. Abortions are one of the most controversial topics debated, with their being two sides: “pro-life” or “pro-choice”. Pro-life advocates argue that an abortion is a woman's right to choose, and women should be able to make decisions that involve their body and health. Pro-life advocates argue that an abortion is considered murder, with the reason being that an unborn child is living, fully human, helpless and voiceless while developing inside the womb (K, Brown). Although countless individuals feel that abortions should be a woman's right to choose, abortions should be illegal altogether because it denies and deprives the rights of life, can result in medical complications and psychological trauma for women, and because of the fact that a fetus is capable of feeling pain.
