When different bodies within a company lack unit cohesion and are in competition with one another instead of working properly to achieve the same goal, implementation can be a massive waste of resources. With companies failing to implement sophisticated information technology such as ERP and senior management not fostering the concepts through various levels within a given organization, nor imposing the proposed amendments, there appears to be a lack of acceptance, if not all business units within the enterprise adopt the notion to proceed, especially if it is not being performed by senior management. In order to get everyone throughout the corporation on board, the senior management must enforce the change, by presenting the performance undertakings. It falls line in line with the concept of actions dictating leadership. One must lead by example.
