In this situation, I feel that because the behavior is not normal for everyone it is bad behavior. On the other hand, it is normal for my sister-in-law to make sure she has make-up on, whether she is just sitting in the house or going to the corner store, but I do not feel this is bad behavior. She just wants to make sure she is looking good at all times. To my knowledge, I do not know of any culture that feels stealing is normal behavior. Within the American culture, thieves have different names like kleptomaniac, robber, or larcenist. Stealing is bad behavior to Americans. For the majority of Americans to consider stealing as acceptable behavior, I cannot see it as being corrupt anymore. It will be okay for people to take what does not belong to them. Those people arrested and doing jail will be set free. As a result, I cannot see the majority saying it is fine for someone to steal something that does not belong to him or her. I do not feel that there is a simple majority rule in America. For example, in some situations there may be a stipulation to a majority rule. I have heard of situations where votes of the majority determines the end result but in order for the majority to pass, the vote must receive a vote of 10 to 2, if the votes end with 9 to 3, the majority will not win. Therefore, I feel that there are subcultures within America culture that can influence what is the majority
