He took rights away from the German people by censoring everything and only allowing his ideas acknowledged. Hitler also put his people’s wants and needs on the backburner, putting war efforts and conquering land on the forefront. Even if the German people wanted to get rid of Hitler they had no way of doing it because Hitler removed the democratic election, he would win no matter what.
The Founding Fathers of the United States of America feared tyrannical rule just as Aristotle did so many years before. Whether they took warning from what Aristotle had to say in Politics or if they saw the danger in other readings or governments in the world. One way or another the Founding Fathers saw the potential damage a tyrannical ruler could do, they wanted no part of a tyrant state for the United States of America, they made sure it would never be a thing in our history. The Founding Fathers saw England’s monarch King George III. Granted he was a monarch by title, his actions differed greatly from that title, at least for the colonists. We see nothing but tax after tax on the colonists. Fair or unjust King George gave the Colonists no say in the matter, no votes or real representation. King George was simply acting out of his own interests and that of the English Monarch. Representation was a huge problem for both the Founding Fathers and the Colonists. The Constitution made sure that each state got representatives into Congress. These representatives would be the individuals proposing new laws based on what the people in which they represent want and the ones that vote to decide what is a law and amendment. The process for passing a law or amendment requires a certain amount of votes—not just one person saying yes or no (US Constitution). Having the citizens vote for who passes laws and amendments and then a process to passing laws and amendments removes any chance of a tyrant coming to power. The people have too much of a say and there is too much of a precedent of laws and amendments getting passed for a tyrant to try and abuse
