Introduction As the world continues to change and improve technology, the systems that we have in place become outdated and unable to handle the ever increasing data load. For close to one hundred years, all phone calls were routed through circuit switching, which establishes an electronic connection between two points and allows current flow. Since VoIP uses the internet to make calls, that means that all the problems that there are with the internet come along with it.
