Tv Violence Affecting Children’s Behavior
TV violence can affect behavior in children 's and can cause them to have a violent behavior, how is this caused and how prevent or stop it? Violent behavior can be caused by how much violence there is on TV. Then children start to get influenced by what being shown and start repeating the action and can, later in life affect on their action that they learn from those violent things that come out on a screen. Tv violence and violent behavior in children, can be caused by the violence that they watch therefore, It can be caused and prevented by in a few ways such as influence, parental control, and concern other people.

There concern is the impact of tv has been a situation since the 1950’s ever since then now the violence has been increasing and is starting to affect in junior, those juniors are the largest that has committed the crime such as murder, robbery and aggravated assault. Therefore these children have antisocial behavior which they then get referred to psychotherapy, but it is hard to get a junior yet alone a child to agree to go to a psychotherapy. “Nationally, the largest increase in the crime rate at school has occurred at the elementary level (Wetzel, 1989).” Children in elementary have now a higher increase in crime in because the children are not being monitored by their parents, they are just letting them watch and play anything so they start watching violence that come out on tv such as murder. If parents were to tell them to not watch those violent shows etc the crime rate in elementary would change it wouldn 't be increasing. The concern is that it can cause a behavior disorder which that disorder can cause the child to do something bad. They learn that by the view violence on tv and video games. This is why people are concerned for themselves, because young kids are starting to have a violent behavior and can cause harm during school time and can hurt their
