1.0 INTRODUCTION

Everywhere we turn today, the world is crowded with people busy in managing every things are faced in their daily life whether anytime and everywhere they are because a management is one of the things that very important in daily life. In fact, all things that we do need a management. According Mary Parker Follett (1868-1933), defined management as “the art of getting things done through people”. She described management as philosophy. However, a management need a correct strategic to get a good results. Strategic management mean drafting, implementing and evaluating cross- funtional decisions that will enable an organization to achieve its long-term objectives.

Value and quality very important on existing products or services because it can attract many customers or clients. In the same time,usually the customers like to see the value and quality of products and sevices because they want to buy a product by their satisfactions. Anyway, Total Quality Management(TQM) closely related with Information Management. Total Quality Management(TQM) can be defined as an approach to quality aimed at achieving customer’s satisfactions and management requirements. It mean that we have to prepare and implement the planning of a product by understanding customers’ needs. For example, Amazon.com adds value by leveraging information about its customers with information about its products. It has introduced a number of innovations that make shopping at Amazon convenient and efficient: one-click shopping, associate programs, personalized recommendations, comparison shopping, purchase circles. Then, there are many online company that sale various of products such as Mudah.com, Go Shop.com and Zalora.com. They not have shopping mall because they use online business. In the same time, they use information of customers’ needs because on their website online business can leave any comments and questions from their customers. The definition of graphics is are visual images or designs on some surface, such as a wall, canvas, screen, paper, or stone to inform, illustrate, or entertain. The other meaning, it is refers to any computer device or program that makes a computer capable of displaying and manipulating pictures. The term also refers to the images themselves. For example, laser printers and plotters are graphics devices because they permit the computer to output pictures. For example of graphics are pictures, illustraction, graphs, photographs, drawings, symbols and others. In my perspective, usually the graphics are used in film and animation and computer graphics. On the other hand, it are used in various things.
