My Beloved Taylor, Merry Christmas, I love you, and you mean a lot to me. The past two months have been a passion filled whirlwind of emotion, and I have no regrets. I look forward to the many years in our future, and I hope that we spend those years together. You really do mean a lot to me and dating you has not been comparable to anything I have experienced so far. I wanted to take a moment to recount on paper a couple of my most lasting memories of us, and attempt to explain how much they truly did mean to me. Before that, there were several opportunities for our first kiss that I skipped over. I wish I could say something really romantic like “I was waiting for the right moment” or whatever. Truth be told I was actually just the type of nervous middle school boy that is pictured in all of the movies. I had no clue when was the correct amount of time dating before the first kiss. I had no clue what you were thinking about it, but it was clear that you wanted me to make the first move. I remember hoping that it wasn’t too soon, and I wasn’t going to mess this whole thing up. When we were watching Pitch Perfect 2 in your room, I decided enough was enough and I was going to commit to it. I then spent about half of the movie attempting to calculate the right moment in the show, and in the conversation. I was attempting to find the most romantic line to lead in with. Looking back I don’t really think any of that mattered you probably just wanted me to man up and do it already. In a moment of total risk I put myself out there having no clue how you would react. Since then I don’t regret it at all. You were my first kiss, and I was saving that for a while.
