We all judge people or groups of things or something one way or another. We may not even realize we do. Sometimes we may think we are just stating an opinion not judgment, but we all do it. There are six errors in judgment.
Stereotypes, the Judgment we give to a group of people. Unwarranted assumptions, beliefs and ideas that are taken for granted. Projection, when you put your own traits on someone else in order to justify your own actions. Halo effect, thinking someone is good at everything because of one or two good qualities they have. Snap judgement, decisions made before the all the information is gathered together. Sweeping generalization, based on one experience you had and then generalize a group of people.

We are so much alike that we Clash. We work as professionals but you can tell we do not care for each other. I could say keep a "happy" attitude and just a professional and keep thoughts to ourselves but that is not always a good thing. We have to figure out why we do not get along. Then we have to find a way to fix it. We would have to talk out our problems. We would have to talk about what makes this so like that we Clash. Talk about why we do things differently and it makes each other mad when we do them differently. Then once we talk about our problems, we have to come together to problem solve and use critical thinking skills to fix it. Neither one of us wants to come to work one day and dread working with each other.
With critical thinking and problem-solving you always need to have a positive attitude towards the situation. Then you need to use multi-dimensional thought process. That involves; decoding, analyzing, processing, reasoning, and evaluating the information you are given for your problem. Then the persistency you put into the situation will more than likely always pay off. So with critical thinking and problem solving just remember those steps and you can do
