INTRODUCTION
Motivation is very important not only for self growth, but also leading the professional life effectively. Motivation is very much needed at professional front, so that the employees can work efficiently, happily and enthusiastically. All the companies practise various methods to motivate its employees. Some of the examples are given below:
Motivational practices in Toyota
One of the leading companies Toyota applies Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs. It takes into account all the levels. The go step-by-step.

They focus more on the lower-order. They set an average salary of $108,483 which can ensure their survival. They give recognition bonus of salary from 3 to 5%. To increase their esteem apple gives free phones to their workers.
Motivating employees is critically important for the success of the company and apple is playing its part effectively.
Motivational practices in Dell
Dell ensures a positive work environment in its company. It make sure that the internal conflicts or office politics are fixed by the same person only. It also tries to build up the teamwork among its employees.
It also provides learning and growth opportunities to its employees. Dell makes its employees to learn new skills to pursue special interests to motivate them.
Motivational practices in ONGC
ONGC has introduced several welfare schemes for its employees in order to improve quality of life. ONGC provides medical facility to its employees and their family members. They are also given housing facilities. Besides this these are the facility ONGC provides, which further motivates its employees to work efficiently.

This technique is one of the most useful technique. It helps reducing the stress daily by doing the meditation for 20 minutes.
Organizational coping strategies;-
The strategies that can be used by the management to keep the employee up with the stress of work are given below:
Good Communication
There must be healthy communication between the employees and management in order to build a bond.
Employees must be rewarded
Reward in the form of appreciation, encouragement, incentives, bonus, anything can boost the morale of the employee.
Others
 Wellness programmes must be organized
 Provision of leave
 Employee involvement in decision making process
