Being emotionally well means that one is happy and enthusiastic with their life and feels positive about their self. Being emotionally well also possesses sadness and anger. It also means having the ability to love and be loved. In order to obtain emotional wellness, one must think about their feelings, create a positive attitude, have and give support, learn management skills with time, forgive their self, and practice stress reducing techniques. Of all the dimensions I must say that I have obtained a somewhat good occupational dimension. I have a vision for my future and what I would love to do. I think that the career I have chosen suits my personality, passion, and interest. I also think I have obtained a good occupational dimension because I am always open to learn new things and skills.
