Communication is an important part of everyday life. It can be used in almost every activity of Human life. Communication is the exchange and flow of information and idea from one person to others. It has impact in almost every politic, social, and economic life. In business life, communication is an important aspect to build, operate, and develop the company. It also can affect the sales, benefit, and advertising the goods or services of the company. Nowadays, communication has developed very fast with technology. It can be happened between individuals, groups, or individuals to groups. The goal of communication is for the receivers to understand the information. If they did not understand the information, it would not be an effective communication. In business, communication works in two types: one-way, and two-way. One way communication let business people share an information without expecting any respond, for example like print ads on the newspaper. And two-way communications, where client can give respond to the goods and services of the company. The example is the online product on the internet, where the costumers can give a reason or a feedback for goods and services of the company. With the development of technology, communication also becomes easier. Laptop and cell phone can help people to communicate with each other in long distance places. With this technology, people do not need to meet each other face to face directly to talk to each other, they can communicate with these devices easily. It is easier for business owner to contact and communicate with their clients in different location. Marketing of the product also becomes easier, because they can put the advertisements on the internet. They also can get the respond about their goods and services from customers. Nowadays, online advertisement becomes more popular in society, because it cost less energy, less money, and more benefit.
