How Did Beowulf Become Strong Or Courageous

Beowulf encounters many difficult battles through his lifetime, many of the battles would have been a failure if Beowulf hadn't been strong and courageous. The monsters he faced weren't just simple creatures, they were some of the biggest and the baddest.
The first battle that Beowulf encounter involved a demon named Grendel, this battle took place because Grendel use to go in the mead-hall at night, take men and kill them. He could take up to thirty men at once. He would attack the men in the mead-hall after the men drink and would often fall asleep. They would often get caught off guard unprepared and he could take as many men as he wanted. The main reason the knights were unable to kill him is because they didn't have the strength it takes

That's exactly what happened one of the townsmen tried to steal a golden cup from the dragon's lair and awoken him from his sleep. The dragon began to start torturing the town but Beowulf thankfully brought the people to safety, when this battle took place it was very different than any other battle Beowulf has fought in. In this battle he brought more weapons than any other battle, this was unheard of; the weapons included his luckey mail chain a sword and a shield. This battle happened very quickly, when the battle just begun the dragon trying to grab Beowulf and kill him. But Beowulf's tactical skill helped his approach. But unfortunately he wasn't on his best, the dragon tried to bite Beowulf and Beowulf had an opportunity to hit the dragon on the head and when he did his sword shattered into pieces.Without having a weapon he was vulnerable the dragon bit Beowulf and had him in his jaw. Beowulf fought through his injuries he used his dagger and began looked for a weak spot in the dragon's scales and successfully found one and stabbed the dragon. When he stabbed the dragon it released Beowulf from his jaw. When the dragon had bit Beowulf it released poison into Beowulf which eventually killed him. Beowulf faced his problems and still kill the dragon. This means that both Beowulf and the dragon both died.
