If something exists, it has an intended purpose because it was created by God, who neither requires or needs a purpose to exist nor to have a purpose for things to exist. All things that exist or will exist in the universe were created by God for a puipose. Whether a specific or undefined purpose is irrelevant to human reasoning, the Creator has a purpose for all things and therefore, all things were created by God for a distinct purpose. Premise 3 summarizes that all things in existence are purposely created—the universe has the purpose of containing all things created, which have a purpose from the Creator. How would the universe exist if the Intelligent Designer did not create it? If the universe did not exist, other things could not exist—except God, who always existed in reality and understanding and does not require or need a purpose to exist.. .God is Creator. Yet, the Creator had to have had a direct establishment in all things to exist or else things would neither exist nor have purpose.
Now, humans are able to create things with a purpose, but do not have a purpose to
God—God does not care about our cell phones, books, printers, cars, fly swatters, etc.—humans care about these things and gave these things purpose in the universe. Further, God created humans and endowed humans the ability to assign purpose to things to assist humans to exist in the universe. So, everything that existed, concurrently exists, or will exist, has a purpose
