He assumes that there will be some changes to take place regarding the new gun laws against those who own firearms, which he thinks will violate the constitution of the United States. His assumption of the topics not only leads him to rationalize his argument that the new laws will violate the Constitution of the United States, but also makes him justify himself that he is doing a right thing to protect his rights on the current gun laws. Therefore, his assumption on the topic of the conversation greatly affects him to use more proclaiming and declaring forms of language which demonstrate his willingness to present his power and will to protect his rights on the current gun laws.

Through the use the word “really”, he puts emphasis on displaying his willingness to gain the information he wants, while the use of “even” has an effect of highlighting the unfairness of the current situation as the transcriptions below indicates.
