I like to start out by defining the word Leadership which the social behavior where the individual takes on the role of getting people to do what 's needed or achieving certain goals, by gaining respect from followers and doing it voluntarily. Along with defining the word Power which is when a person or individuals can force someone into doing things even against their will. They have to do it for the benefit of the one in power. There are some forms of power though that can derive from good leadership.
Explain the difference between leadership and power.

To have effective leadership you must have certain quality of characteristics such as basic, visionary, because a strong leader translate through their vision. To have powerful authority you must have certain nature of attributes, for example, fundamental, visionary, in light of the fact that an in number leader interpret through their vision.
However a few attributes make a viable leader having the capacity to have restraint - solid leaders realize that their capacity to stay quiet, even in the most noticeably bad of contentions, is a character quality that must be supported and developed. A compelling leader is a minding individual - solid administration can never happen if those we lead think we couldn 't care less. Leaders should to demonstrate a thinking state of mind about the mission of their association on the other hand; their sympathy toward every individual colleague must take need over everything else. An Effective Leader is Modest - Self-assessment is an in number normal for a compelling leaders. A decent leader do not have an issue in being assessed or getting feedback.
