If you’re looking for the epitome of sports dynasties, the Boston Celtics, and the New England Patriots are two of the most recognizable. These two franchises dominated their respective sports: the Celtics for basketball, and the Patriots for American football.
Whether you love them or hate them, you can’t deny that they are amazing organizations with a knack of winning. I will now go through the similarities and differences of these two dynasties. Another difference is that the Celtics have won their championships with honor and respect; while the Patriots have been plagued by controversy. The first of these controversies was called the Spygate. This was when the Patriots were caught cheating by videotaping opposing teams plays and signals. The second controversy was dubbed the Deflategate. This was when they were caught cheating again by tampering with the footballs to gain an advantage.
