Introduction:-
Purpose
An effective OHS risk management process is an integral part of a healthy Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This procedure describes the steps that are to be taken to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable that health and safety hazard’s are identified in places of work and controls implemented to eliminate or mitigate the risk to persons as far as is practicable.

1. Conduct walk-through inspections of work using a checklist to identify potential electrical hazards. This may include but is not limited to the verification of all flexible cords, wiring, how the electrical system is used and the areas where they are used.
2. Ask employees if they have ever had problems with electrical installations, such as equipment operating erratically.
3. Check electrical accidents and incidents that have occurred in the workplace or in similar workplaces records.
4. Look the incident reports, first aid records and near misses ' reports.
Methods of prevention of hazards
1. Maintain equipment and appliances through regular inspection. Look for any damage such as flicker, smoke, popping, etc. fuses hot. A checklist of security can be useful when conducting inspections of electrical equipment.
2. Disconnect broken appliances and items broken or frayed power cord replaced immediately.
3. Knowing the location of the main source of electricity in an emergency.

Prevention From Noise Hazards
1. The removal or replacement of the noise source with the plant or equipment with lower noise
2. Ensure all the facilities and the equipment is properly installed to ensure low noise emission
3. Treating sources of vibration in a machine or engine
4. Using noise reduction products to reduce the metal-to-metal contact
5. Providing effective maintenance procedures for eliminating noise of insufficient lubrication, rubbing machine parts, defective joints or bearing wear
6. Think of elements of a machine rather than the whole machine, for example using anti vibration pads, silent or quiet
7. If the work undertaken or equipment used can be modified to reduce noise emissions
8. Using sound absorbing materials on floors, walls and ceilings to reduce sound transmission
9 Installing sound barriers or fences around noisy equipment to reduce emissions:
