In general, Sudan is a vast country in Africa, and it is located where the White Nile and Blue Nile join together. The North of Sudan people’s religious is Islam, and the Northern people speak the language of Arabic. In sharp of a contrast, the South of Sudan people twored to Christianity religious, and they speak English language.Sudan Second Civil War started in 1983 and ended in 2005, and eleven years between the first Civil War and second Civil War in Sudan. Sudanese wanted to see their country as democracy, so they could elect their leaders. In early of the 1983, the Sudan people’s Liberation Army started being rebelled in the South in a region where the Christians and Animists dominated it. Moreover, the Sudan Liberation Army were furious because of the violence of the South. Therefore, Omar Al- Bashir was defined as one of the best successful political leaders at that time. He wanted to eliminate the violence in Sudan. He succeeded in being such a great leader; people started believing in him and elected him as a president of the Sudan in 1993 after people returned to civilian rule. Also, Omer Al-Bashir had been elected two other times in 1996 and 2000. In 2003, black African attacked the government of Sudan because they thought that the government was neglected Darfur for in favor of Arab Muslims in Sudan. However, in 2005 Omar Al-Bashir made a promise to all Sudanese, which was “ Naivasha Agreement.” Naivasha Agreement means a peace of agreement that all Sudanese could have their rights to vote and elect the leader that they want. However, the election was in the South of the Sudan only, and no vote for the Northern people.
