Any organization might be clear about what’s they are going to do in future , that is they may be clear about the vision of their future, but not all companies or organizations have given a serious thoughts about the various options they have available.
Strategy is a combination of thoughts or concepts that helps an organization’s use of its resources to continue its Mission – it suggests how to use your resources which are human, physical, and financial and knowledge resources to carry out your mission.

 The whole process of implementing and formulation must be taken in regard as something that evolves and is ongoing.
The polling effect of many administrative decisions, internal fine tuning, gradual amendments in actions as per requirement, incremental improvements and behaviour of both managerial subordinates and employees results in the Strategy implementation.
The Importance of STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
There are many advantages of first rate strategic thinking and a deep commitment to this management process which includes:
 It provides the guidance to the entire management hierarchy making clear just” what it is that we are trying to achieve and to do”
 Also it make great contribution in recognizing and then responding to the new opportunities, wind of change and all the threatening developments.
 It provides the rationale for the management in evaluating competing request for new staff and capital investment.
