When applied to Year 9 or 10 students, there are a few potential issues. Firstly, there is the potential for distraction and a lack of focus. As most players will have previously experienced predominantly the command style end of the teaching spectrum, the added responsibility may be too much freedom. Whilst some will flourish from the increased role, some students may find this challenging, or ride on the coat tails of others.
