The construction industry has changed over the years and has brought many new advances in place on how things should be done and also on how projects are organized.
The construction industry has been around for many years and has benefited not only the people but also the workers, not just by how buildings are constructed but by the way they are kept track of so the companies won’t lose money or time. My opinion over this topic is that construction management has helped save construction companies money and has also changed the way we handle materials. Construction management has changed over the years because there have been many advances in technology and it is now easier to calculate prices for projects and to also calculate dates on when projects will be started and finished, also the experience construction managers have on the job site has also changed during the years because the more experiences they go through on the field the better they have to evaluate ideas on how to better a next project

I have chosen to do my research project on construction management because it is a career I would like to pursue and it is also because it fascinates me on how buildings are constructed and how basic construction material can help build a strong structure by simply knowing how to use them properly. Building projects and blueprints have also been a change over the years and many businesses know demand higher expectations from Construction Company’s tying in with the new advancements in technology and also expecting better working of materials in order to have a unique type of structure that many commercial projects and even residential projects demand. Businesses demand a different type of project that differs from many old ones, they demand a much more complex design that sometimes requires various construction managers to be involved, with ones have different experiences in different areas of the building design. These types of demands require more work experience and knowledge throughout the years, being involved with other construction managers develops new experiences and helps spread knowledge on how things should be done and coordinated.
