As time goes own I have matured naturally, however there is one moment in particular that shaped my work ethics. My story starts my sophomore spring during lacrosse tryouts, but there is a small backstory you must know first. When I think about the boy who I was growing up, the young adult I am today, and the man I plan to be in the forthcoming years, one aspect of my life stands out to me far more radiantly than anything else: my culture, my skin, my identity as a Bangladeshi-American. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, and how you can come out of it.” Because defeat will only hinder your learning process and make it increasingly difficult to overcome obstacles presented by ADHD. ADHD sufferers, like myself, must go through a repeated pattern of hyperactivity, day dreaming and impulsiveness. However, there are healthy outlets to combat the effects of ADHD like methods of relaxation following medication use, working with accommodation services in school to boost school performance, and working on procrastination techniques.…
