The notion of making mistakes is an unnerving reality of life in which poses difficulty for many individuals to fathom. This uneasiness usually transpires as a response towards the amalgam of pressures and expectations of success in which are placed upon an individual within their given objective. However mistakes, at times serve as the natural litmus agent in which can be utilized to day us towards an honest since of reflective practice needed in order to obtain success and personal growth within the future.

In this environment the learner receives information not for cognitive uplifting and consummation alone but as well for the purposes of personal functional application demonstrated within their lives which produces life change (Pazmino, 2008). Although the purpose of Christian education possesses good intentions, educationally the questions that transpire are always, “What the specific learning objectives are, are theses learning objectives both quantifiable and measurable, are the student’s attaining the designed objectives, and are the students demonstrating a level of application of the material in which they received.” These questions force the instructor to set their gaze directly upon the learner and place expectations for them to do what they have learned. This perspective of education is seen and demonstrated by the writer within his employment as an adjunct theological instructor and within that environment, possesses limited difficulties, as it pertains towards the construction and communicated objectives, student-centered lessons, and sensitivity to student learning styles. Yet within the context of the church and Christian education, addressing the identified questions of, “What the specific learning objectives are, are theses learning objectives both quantifiable and measurable, are the student’s attaining the designed objectives, and are the students demonstrating a level of application of
