In this essay, I will explain how we can benefit from bonding of atoms of certain elements in our daily life. As I will show in this essay, with the help of understanding the surface chemistry, which is the study of chemical reactions at interfaces (surfaces), different desired affects can be produced by the formation of selected elements such as making improved chemical composition of a surface.
Surface chemistry today can be applied to solve various issues and problems including fighting corrosion, making glucose biosensor to monitor the sugar levels for diabetic patients, making lubricants to help reduce the frictions between two substances, making semiconductors that are used in many modern electronic devices such as computers and cell

For example, people are not obliged to replace their Al2O3-coated kitchen tools due to contamination or damage or corrosion if Al2O3 is used effectively in the anti-corrosion coating of these tools.
The Economic Impact of Al2O3 in Anti-Corrosion exaggerated?
However, some argue that the economic impacts of Al2O3 in anti-corrosion coating industry is exaggerated and the global demand will not keep growing steadily on these products. But this argument is invalid as the number of population is expected to grow worldwide, and the demand for housing, transportations, telecommunications devices and other industries is expected to grow which would increase the demand for anti- corrosion coatings.
Moreover, others also argue that several substitution materials can replace Al2O3 and its useful advantage in anti-corrosion coating industry as advanced technologies often find better solutions in every sector. This would lower the use of aluminum in countries with high amount of aluminum reserves and resulting in reducing the selling of this
