He rated the morale of the program and eight because while the program has a high graduating rate at CST there is always room for improvement. He felt that black board provided a platform for classroom instruction and that he also uses his Army experience and rely heavily on his NCOs, who have combat arms backgrounds. CPT Lewis stated that the Ranger handbook is the go to resource his team use in the classroom for squad and platoon tactics.

Haley stated that her personal morale is a 11. She is extremely grateful to work with Cadre, especially the PMS that truly cares about each other. She also feels that the program morale is a 10.
