Transformational leadership is a type of leadership where a leader initiates change or rather recognizes the need for a change in a given situation, develops vision through inspiration to enable the change happen but the leader does this with the will and participation of members involved. My one and always transformational leader is Ray Lewis who is a re-known footballer in the entire America and played throughout his whole career of 17-years. This man had great determination in anything that he did. He demonstrated this attribute during the murder cases which he was accused off but later on the case did not succeed since he proved himself to be innocent. During the cases against him, he faced a lot of condemnation from many people surrounding him. Ray Lewis during his tenure, he had injuries such as a tricep which was torn, an injure he got while playing during one of the seasons. But despite all these challenges, Ray Lewis grew stronger than all the difficulties he faced and went back on to play in the NFL matches. Playing in NFL itself requires one to be smart, having knowledge on all the tournaments is a different thing too. This man must have been very smart to always be the best in his position throughout the whole league and he only does this because of his high levels of IQ especially in the football career. These means any other person with great physical aspects like the ones Ray had could play this game, but it requires having a great knowledge of the game, otherwise ones aptitude could as well be wasted.
One character definitely leads to the development of another character. And because of Ray Lewis intelligence, this led him to being sociable as well. He interacted with many people during his entire career. We all know interactions with people will lead to one benefit or another, this made him get to learn a lot of things from all these people that he used to nourish his character and even correct any mistakes if any. By this he also gained a lot of confidence from people that made him to be more and more popular. This made him to be considered a vocal leader in the entire NFL
