As we look at some of the key facts of what happens in prisons and why they happen I am really not surprised. One of the key facts is that the prisons are extremely overcrowded and lead to poor living conditions for prisoners, which leads to unfair treatment of prisoners also (penalreform.org, n.d.). These people are not watched over and taken care of as well. When you look at the numbers of countries that are overcrowded it is ridiculous. They have said that 115 countries are overcrowded and 51 of those countries are extremely overcrowded (penalreform.org, n.d.). The use of solitary confinement is a main key factor when it comes to reality because it gives prisoners that get released psychological issues from all the torture of being …show more content…
I am not going to force anyone to do anything because if they want to learn then they can and if not then that is fine too. I do believe that health care should always be that program that every prison has to help the prisoners out. You know they will need to get looked at and make sure everything is good with them, due to all the diseases that run around in prisons.As we look at some of the key factors and issues that are in parole, there are quite a bit of them that play different roles in how it effects it. The way life imprisonment has been going holds a lot of wait on parole because if you look at our country we either provide them with the opportunity of parole or life without the chance of parole (penalreform.org, n.d.). Then all prisoners are entitled to their rights and standards while serving their time, along with that you have life without parole replacing the death penalty for those that are against it. Then some of the issues that are going with parole, are that of giving life without parole as a sentence for someone that could have easily just got a parole chance. This would benefit to the main issue of all the overcrowding in prison as a whole and free up some room for new inmates because we all know crime never stops.I believe that some of the arguments that could be made is that would it be safe to bring this
