The site will be situated in the center of the town of Pravets, 60 km away from the capital Sofia. The main goal of the executing company is to create and a modern club providing the best possible services and personnel in the area. "Pooh Entertainment" is responsible for the whole implementation of the project including planning, construction and development. The club will offer house and "black" music parties, prepared by the best Bulgarian DJs (permanently employed by the club) combined with VIP parties of guest foreign DJs. The visitors will be able to enjoy the most qualitative drinks, cocktails and snacks (hot cuisine won't be provided). The construction of the project will start on January 1, 2007 and the club is expected to welcome its first guests on January 1, 2008. The estimated cost of the whole project shouldn't exceed 2, 000 000 leva. The above estimations are based on the assumption that there won't be any significant delays in the construction schedule, the delivery dates, and the process of personnel recruitment. Among the risks that the project can encounter are: bad weather conditions combined with natural disasters, inability of the executing company to find and hire skillful personnel, constant objections by the neighbors related to noise and …show more content…
As early as the beginning of the construction work, the department should begin the recruitment process. For the purposes of the project the company will need DJs, waiters, bartenders, cleaners, two managers, etc. The HR will have to appoint special security firm that will be responsible for the safety of the quests and the DJs. Special arrangements will be made with the permanent DJs that are to be hired and some preliminary negotiations with the future foreign guest DJs. It will be preferable to hire local (form the town of Pravets) professionals to be members of the staff but only if they absolutely fit the requirements of HR specialists. All members of the personnel should be hired and present for final inspection three weeks before the grand opening of the club.
• Deliverable 4: Grand opening of the club:
The grand opening of the club will be on June 1, 2008. The official part of the event will begin with special Christian ceremony followed by speeches of the owners, the mayor of the town, and the local authorities, the official part will be ended with a cocktail, after which the casual party will begin. All invitations should be sent two weeks earlier, containing the location, the starting time and the dress code of the event.
