Printed Books Will Never Be Replaced These days, it almost seems as if real, physical books are going out of style. If you think about it though, children are raised with tablets and video games in their hands at all times. So, it makes sense to think that those kids would then grow up to prefer to use tablets for everything, even reading. However, that is not the case. Studies have shown that people, including the children, find electronic books to be utterly exhausting and also cause you to be prone to distraction (Crum). This study, along with many others, helps to prove that traditional printed books will never be outdated because so many people still desire a physical book rather than a digital book. Before attempting to tell you that printed books are better than electronic books, let 's explain what electronic books are.
