Reflection On My Bookmark: Pica Pica

On the front side of my bookmark, I drew a purple Pica pica on the top right corner. In my culture, Pica pica is a symbol of lucky and happiness in my culture. If some people can hear a Pica pica chirped in front of them, it means they will be lucky during the entire day. Thus, Pica pica attracted people’s attention very easy, and this is the reason why I colored the Pica pica on my bookmark by purple, the most charming color. I chose Pica pica to be the biggest symbol on my bookmark because I hope I could became to a girl like a Pica pica that can always make others feel happiness. Before a hedgehog hugs other animals, sharp spines will be the hedgehog’s first concern because if the hedgehog is desperate to hug other animals, they will get hurts for sure. Although in the hedgehog mind it still wants a hug, due to the consequence it will chooses to convince itself not to do it. In the real life, I always have too many concerns before I make decisions. Thus, I often got into contrary condition because I won’t able to make a decision without thinking of the consequences and accidents, but follow my heart is also very important to me. I used warm colors and cold colors to paint the words because they will represent treat people in two different ways will get two vastly different result. On the top, I drew three different size fishes in a row. When the medium size fish are focus on the small fish and try to eat it, there is a large size fish is right behind it and try to eat it too. In the sea world, the medium fish always thinking about attacks the small fish, maybe the small fish won’t get a chance to attack back, but it will be attacked by another larger fish for sure in one day. I colored them by black because at this point they are the negative side. Snow White’s stepmother are facing the mirror and ready to kill Snow White by a poison apple. She commanded and made use of a warrior or guard to murder Snow White, but when the warrior saw Snow White, he realized she is kindhearted and sincere. Thus, the warrior betrayed Snow White’s stepmother, someone just made use of him.
