Steven is a 40-year-old Canadian male. He stands 5’11” tall, weighs 175 pounds, and has bald/brown hair and blue eyes. He appears a tall, trimmed and presents himself as well kept. He describes his personality as being an intense person. He states that he is loving, kind and has a protective nature. He also states that he has a goofy sense of humor and enjoys being a provider to his family. Steven is a Permanent Residence of the Unites States and he speaks English and French. Is this a language or nationality? Steven’s age and citizenship was verified by viewing a copy of his driver’s license and Permanent Resident Visa, which are on file at the Arrow Child & Family Ministries local office.

His father was the provider of the family. His father had a college education and worked as an Engineer. Growing up, he had a close relationship with his father, stating that he made him feel confident and secure as a person. When asked what he liked best about his father, he states that he would always figure out how he would tackle his problems and helped steer his development. As an adult, Steven states he feels the same about his father as he did as a child. When asked what he would change about his father, Steven answered that he would change that his father was not a great Christian teacher to him. Today, Steven maintains a good relationship with his father, stating that they talk weekly and visit at least three times a year because his father resides in Alberta, Canada. Albert, Canada. Steven was the first born of two children in the family. Steven brother Mark Millican (age 35) resides in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Mark Millican is married and has two children. Steven states that he and his brother got along well during their childhood they had a close relationship, yet the typical sibling rival. Although, they are five years apart, Steven reports that they talked, hung out, supportive of each other and were close because it was just them two. Steven felt that he and his sibling were treated the same, stating that they received the same love, attention and discipline.
