My time is limited. Regardless of the calling over my life, the things I need to complete, I will always only have 1,440 minutes a day; 8,765 hours a year. In this time that I have been blessed with, I want to achieve everything that God has equipped me for. The only way to achieve this is to spend my time wisely. Time management is an essential discipline to understand, evaluate and implement in any Christian walk to optimise the usage of time for God and fulfil His larger-than-life plans.
Sleep deprivation, stress and endless are all words that I frequently associated with time management. I have always understood it to be a character trait, someone either has it or they don’t. The concept of time management being an attainable discipline seemed impossible and, at best, optimistically delusional. The ‘Simple Church” or “Organic Church” Christian movement is based around moving the modern-day church to an experience close to that of the New Testament .
