The Nickelback concert of 2017, I went with my boyfriend Dalton and his parents because they were daltons birthday presents. Him and I love this band and we have known this band forever. The trip to the concert was nerve wracking because of the traffic and being in a really big farm truck going to Kansas. Being at the concert was amazing the concert and going shopping was fun. The best part about the concert was seeing Nickelback and Daughtry live. But this concert changed me in a good way. So before the concert I didn’t know if I was going because it was Dalton's birthday and it was just going to be his mom, dad, sister, and him but he didn’t want his sister to go because she was going to a backstreet boys concert and she could choose

We got in the truck with the camper hooked on the back and we left me and dalton were going to take a nap but there was crazy traffic and i didn’t want to go to sleep and not know what was happening so i just looked out the window and listen to music the whole time. About halfway to Kansas and we are all hungry to we went to go get some food and we ate BBQ and it was really good I want to go back to get more but it was so sloppy because I got a pulled pork sandwich and it was coming out all ends when I took a bite. When we got back in the truck I was tired from eating so i tried to lay down and take a nap but for some reason i couldn’t and the traffic was still bad. We were behind this truck smaller than ours and there is a simi right next to it and it cuts the truck off ripping the front end of his truck and then the truck starts chasing the sim and dalton's mom is calling it in so it could be reported. Next was daughtry and I knew every song from them because it reminds me of when i was little and listen to it in the car with my mom. Finally Nickelback came on stage and every song they played was my favorite and when i listen to them it brought back memories of my dad playing the guitar for me and listening to it in his old cars which sounded pretty cool but now i'm making new memories with dalton and his parents. This concert/trip really showed me how great my life is and it changed me because it opened my mind that my life is good and nothing needs to change that. After the concert we were all tired and hot and when we finally got to the truck we were ready to turn the air on and get something to eat. Nothing was open but lucky I-Hope was open and when we got there it really wasn't the best because they weren't really working because we were the only people their and we had to wait a hour for our food. But when we were waiting it was fun because me and dalton broke a straw in half and it was cool. We went back to the camper and we were all ready to go to bed and that was the end of our Nickelback trip.
