First, students often times fail because they receive no support from the school. Many times the teacher needs to give the students extra help or advice and the teacher doesn't won’t them that, or at least not enough help. Now some competitors may say that the teacher is always doing the best they can or that the student just needs to speak up and ask the teacher for help which may be true. The thing is that most of the time kids try their hardest and are still failing which the teacher clearly sees so then the teacher should be the one to take control of the problem. If they don't then what makes the teacher any more innocent. Sometimes they need help, to push them further. Lots of reasons can cause teachers not to do their job but this source shows more on how the teacher are sometimes responsible. “The teacher should have gone to the home of the child (with the appropriate authorities, of course, like CPS and the police) and had a face-to-face with the parents and child about the severity of the situation. Think of all the students that loss a team member near the finals and are put at a disadvantage. Think of all the students who get cut and are demotivated to join sports again and what about all of the teams that loss members toward an important game.Apart from the sports team, another person affected is the parents that have to lose a family event of watching their superstar play field hockey or basketball or track, the kind of sport doesn't matter. What does matter though is that this ¨No pass No play¨ rule gets cut from the school rulebook just like it did to all the kids cut from their sports
