There are three different analyses that a “training needs assessment” includes an organization, task, and person analysis. It is very important for an employer to conduct an organizational evaluation so they can first see what is going on in their market to adjust their training accordingly. After that a task analysis is performed on each employee as needed. The results of this will help the company identify the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAO) of each candidate (Snell, Morris, & Bohlander, 2016). The last analysis that is performed is a personal analysis on an employee. It is important be specific with what you trying to accomplish. Also you have to find a way to gage your progress that you are making towards your ultimate goal. Choosing achievable objectives are also important so that you can actually reach it however that does not mean to settle or not reaching for the stars. For example you can’t just wake up and say I am going to have my own business by the end of the week. Being realistic with your aims are also important so that you are not putting yourself in a position were you don’t have enough capital or you are filing bankrupt in your first years. Having time-oriented objectives is a thinking smart so that you can have a timeline and target for each segment. SMART objectives are great for a company like Maersk’s because he revamped his small business into a global business so his objectives have definitely changed thus it’s best to start a new business plan. Another vital responsibility to have for the CARE Business Partner is to work side by side with customer and in-house support assemblies to help with customer satisfaction. Therefore, having diversity in the training that is given will help prepare employees to share how outlooks with all walks of life, which will in turn help them, build connections with clientele. Also from personal experience in this OL-211 course I know that using past experiences helps me relate to not only the current situation at hand but with other people such as classmates. That being said bringing up familiar situations with customers would help with growing a bond with them, this is just of the first steps to building the hard work comes
