Introduction Leadership is the ability to impact a group toward the accomplishment of a vision or set of goals (Robbins & Judge 2009). Leaders in an organization must have the capacity to lead representatives by motivation, coordinating, selecting the best communication channels, and overseeing conflicts inside the working environment. It is extremely basic that individuals are pulled in with the idea of leadership and the behavior of leaders. In text, Robert Dees portrayed the idea of leadership as a physical game. The three ideas in chapters 1 and 2 I found were relevant are: resilient leadership is selfless service, crisis defines character of a leader, and character is the trump card.

He was the epitome of selfless service of leadership. John part 1 expresses that in the beginning God existed and God got to be man and lived among men to spare the individuals who are lost. Jesus tuned in, teamed up, and empowered his supporters. Jesus truly served his supporters as their leader. 90% of the crisis management literature focuses mostly on planned responses; even the most superficial actions recognized the significance of leadership in crisis response (Jaques, 2012). Dees lets us know that crisis characterizes the character of the leader (Dees, 2013, p.43). A leader will either rise and sparkle amid an emergency, or sunk into the profundity of darkness and never to be heard from again. For example, in light of recent occasions at the Volkswagen organization, the CEO left his position. Presently Volkswagen is searching for a leader who had some expertise in crisis
